Universal — Bring Every Visit
- Government-issued photo ID. Florida law requires this for any pawn transaction. Driver’s license, state ID, passport — any of these work.
- The item(s) you want to sell or pawn. Bring everything you want appraised, even if you’re not sure about some pieces. We sort on the counter.
- Any written competing offers. We beat any written offer. Bring it on paper or on your phone.
If You’re Bringing Sports Cards or TCG
- Slabs in their original holders (don’t crack them out — that destroys value)
- Raw cards in toploaders, sleeves, or a binder
- Sealed product in whatever condition it lives in (don’t pre-clean shrink wrap)
- Cert numbers if you have them written down (we’ll verify against the grader’s database)
If You’re Bringing a Watch
- The watch itself
- Original box
- Original warranty card / papers
- Extra links
- Service receipts
- Original receipt from authorized dealer (if available)
If You’re Bringing Gold or Silver
- Everything — broken pieces, mismatched earrings, single cufflinks all count
- Coins in their tubes or rolls if they’re already organized
- Don’t clean coins (it destroys numismatic value)
If You’re Bringing a Designer Bag
- The bag itself
- Dust bag
- Original box
- Authenticity card or microchip card
- Original receipt
- Tassels and clochette (Hermès)
- Service receipts (cleaning, repair)
If You’re Bringing a Firearm
- The firearm in a case
- Original box and paperwork
- Spare magazines
- Optics (mounted or in original box)
- Concealed weapons permit if you have one
- Photo ID is non-negotiable
If You’re Bringing Electronics
- The device, fully charged if possible
- The original charger
- Original box if you have it
- Receipts or proof of purchase
- Account login info to factory-reset (or factory-reset before you arrive)
If You’re Bringing Tools
- Battery and charger for cordless tools
- Original case if you have it
- Receipts (especially for high-end DeWalt, Milwaukee, Snap-On, Mac Tools)
