What Electronics We Buy and Loan Against
Resale value drives offer value. The cleaner, newer, and more in-demand the device, the more cash on the spot. Apple dominates resale — by a wide margin — so our top tier is heavily Apple. We also buy and loan on premium PC laptops, current-gen TVs, gaming PCs, drones, and pro audio. We’ll be honest about what we don’t take below.
Apple iPhone
- iPhone 15 Pro Max, 15 Pro, 15 Plus, 15 — top of the offer chart, especially 256GB and higher
- iPhone 14 Pro Max, 14 Pro, 14 Plus, 14 — strong values, especially Pro models
- iPhone 13 Pro Max, 13 Pro, 13, 13 mini — still very buyable
- iPhone 12 Pro Max, 12 Pro, 12, 12 mini — solid offers, the floor of “modern” iPhone
- iPhone 11 Pro Max, 11 Pro, 11, SE (2nd and 3rd gen) — diminished but still buy
- Older models (X, XS, XR) — case-by-case, lower offers
Critical: every iPhone must be signed out of iCloud (Find My iPhone disabled) and removed from any MDM (mobile-device-management) profile. Insurance-locked or carrier-financed-and-blocked phones are not accepted. If your phone shows “iPhone Locked to Owner” or “This iPhone is supervised and managed by…” we cannot make an offer. Bring the original Lightning or USB-C charger if you have it — chargers add to the offer.
Apple iPad
- iPad Pro M4 (2024), M2 (2022), M1 (2021) in 11″ and 12.9″/13″ — best offers
- iPad Air M2 (2024) and 5th-gen Air (M1, 2022) — strong values
- iPad mini 6 (2021) and standard iPad 9th/10th gen
- Apple Pencil 2nd gen and Magic Keyboard add to the offer
Apple MacBook
- MacBook Pro M3 / M3 Pro / M3 Max (14″ and 16″, 2023-2024) — top tier
- MacBook Air M3 (13″ and 15″, 2024) and MacBook Air M2 (2022)
- MacBook Pro M2 Pro / M2 Max (2023) — strong
- MacBook Pro M1 / M1 Pro / M1 Max (2020-2021) — solid offers
- MacBook Air M1 (2020) — still very buyable
- Pre-M-series Intel MacBooks (2019 and earlier): case-by-case, much lower
Same iCloud/MDM rule applies. Mac must be signed out of Apple ID and not enrolled in MDM. Bring the MagSafe or USB-C charger.
Apple Watch and AirPods
- Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Ultra (1st gen) — top offers
- Apple Watch Series 9, 8, 7, SE 2nd gen
- AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C and Lightning), AirPods Pro (1st gen)
- AirPods Max — full case and cable matter
PC Laptops, Desktops, and Gaming Rigs
- Dell XPS 13, XPS 15, XPS 17 — recent generations, especially OLED and 4K configurations
- Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon, X1 Yoga, P-series workstations
- HP Spectre x360, EliteBook recent gens
- Microsoft Surface Pro 9, Surface Laptop 5, Surface Studio
- Razer Blade 15/17/18 gaming laptops
- Custom gaming desktops with current GPUs — RTX 4090, 4080, 4070 Ti Super, 4070; RTX 3090, 3080, 3070 still buy
- Alienware, ASUS ROG, MSI prebuilt gaming systems
- Pro CPUs (Ryzen 9 7950X, Intel i9 14900K, etc.) and 32GB+ DDR5 add real value
4K and OLED Televisions
The TV market is brutal on resale, so we’re picky. We focus on premium 4K OLEDs in 55″ and larger:
- LG OLED C-series (C2, C3, C4) and G-series 55″, 65″, 77″, 83″
- Samsung S-series QD-OLED (S90C, S95C) and high-end Neo QLED
- Sony A-series OLED (A80L, A90J, A95L) and X-series Mini-LED flagships
- Premium 4K LED 65″+ from Sony, Samsung, LG with HDMI 2.1 and 120Hz
What we generally don’t take: pre-2018 sets, anything below 55″, non-smart TVs, and CRTs. The market just isn’t there for resale. If you’re not sure whether your set qualifies, call ahead with the model number.
Drones, E-Readers, and Accessories
- DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 3 Classic, Air 3, Mini 4 Pro — full Fly More combos pay best
- DJI Avata, FPV systems, Inspire commercial drones
- GoPro Hero 12, 11, 10 with mounts and accessories
- Recent Kindle Paperwhite, Kindle Oasis, Kindle Scribe
- Bose, Sony, Sennheiser high-end headphones (WH-1000XM5, QC Ultra, etc.)
“I needed cash fast for a deposit and had a 14 Pro Max 256GB plus an M2 MacBook Air I rarely used. Walked into the Miami Gardens store at noon, watched them factory-test both, signed paperwork, walked out with same-day cash 30 minutes later. Beat the written offer I’d gotten online by about 8%. I picked the MacBook back up two weeks later when the deposit cleared. Easy.” — Andre B., Miami Lakes
How We Test Electronics In-Store
Every device is tested before we make an offer. We’re not buying boxed-up “as-is” gear sight-unseen, and that’s why our offers are real.
What We Check
- iPhones and iPads: battery health (Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging — we want to see the actual percentage), screen for cracks and burn-in, all buttons, Face ID / Touch ID, both cameras, Wi-Fi, cellular if applicable, factory reset confirmed, iCloud and MDM cleared. We verify with Apple’s Apple Coverage Check when needed.
- MacBooks: boot to login, battery cycle count (System Information > Power), display for dead pixels and backlight bleed, all ports, keyboard and trackpad, speakers, webcam, charge with original adapter.
- TVs: we power on, run a uniformity check, verify HDMI inputs, confirm remote works, check for dead pixels and OLED burn-in.
- Gaming PCs: boot to Windows, GPU verification through Device Manager and a benchmark loop, RAM and storage check, fan and thermal sanity check, signs of mining or thermal damage.
If you bring in a phone with the original box, charger, and accessories — and a clean battery health number — your offer goes up. If something’s broken, we still might buy it for parts, just at a lower number.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- The device, charged. A dead device can’t be tested.
- The original charger if you have it — adds to the offer on Apple gear specifically.
- Factory reset, signed out of iCloud / Apple ID / MDM. We can walk you through this in-store if you’re not sure how.
- Government-issued photo ID — Florida law requires it for any pawn or sale transaction.
- Original box and accessories if available — not required, but they bump the number.
If your iPhone is still being financed by a carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T installment plans) or is on someone else’s Apple ID and locked, we cannot accept it. No exceptions — those phones get blocklisted by carriers and are unsellable.
Pawn Loan vs. Outright Sale
Pawn Loan
Want your electronics back? Use them as collateral for a short-term pawn loan from $5 to $50,000. No credit check, nothing reported to credit bureaus, no impact on your credit score whatever happens. Your iPhone, MacBook, or TV is stored securely in our vault. You redeem it by paying back the loan plus the agreed fee within the loan term. Don’t redeem? You walk away — no collections, no debt, no credit hit. See our pawn loans Miami page for the full process.
Outright Sale
Maximum same-day cash. We pay more for outright sale than the loan amount because we’re taking the resale risk. Best for upgrades, devices you no longer use, and estate liquidations.
“My 16-inch MacBook Pro M2 Max needed a new home — I’d switched to a Windows workstation for work. Brought it in, factory-reset, signed out of iCloud right at the counter when they reminded me. Original box, charger, and the AppleCare paperwork. Top dollar, no haggling, no shipping it to some online buyer who’d nickel-and-dime me on a “scratch we found.” Cash same day.” — Priya R., Hollywood

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the most an iPhone can pawn or sell for?
The current top is iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB in clean condition with a high battery health and original box — that’s the model that fetches the highest cash. Newer Pro Max models will displace it as they release. Generally, the newer the model and the larger the storage, the higher the offer.
Will my credit score be affected?
No. Pawn loans involve no credit check, no credit application, and nothing is reported to any credit bureau — whether you redeem the item or not. That’s the entire point.
What does “iCloud locked” mean and why does it matter?
Apple’s Find My iPhone / Find My Mac feature locks the device to your Apple ID. If you don’t sign out before selling, the next owner can’t activate it — making it worthless to a buyer. We must see the device fully signed out of iCloud and Apple ID before we can write an offer. If you’re not sure how, we’ll walk you through it at the counter.
Do you buy iPhones still being financed by my carrier?
No. If your iPhone is on a Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T installment plan and not paid off, the carrier can blocklist the IMEI even after you sell it, leaving the buyer with a brick. We won’t put you or ourselves in that situation. Pay it off first or bring something else.
Will my battery health affect the offer?
Yes, significantly on iPhones. iOS reports a maximum battery capacity percentage in Settings > Battery > Battery Health. 90%+ is excellent, 85-89% is fair, below 80% means the battery needs replacement and the offer drops accordingly. MacBook battery cycle counts work similarly.
Do you take cracked-screen iPhones, iPads, or MacBooks?
Sometimes, at a lower offer reflecting the repair cost. Bring it in. A cracked iPhone with otherwise clean internals is worth more than people assume.
Can I get a pawn loan and pick my electronics back up later?
Yes — that’s the entire point of a pawn loan. Your device is stored securely in our vault. Pay back the loan plus the agreed fee within the loan term and you take it home. No credit check, no credit reporting either way.
Do you buy gaming PCs and graphics cards individually?
Yes. Whole gaming desktops or just the GPU — RTX 4090, 4080 Super, 4070 Ti Super are top of the chart. RTX 3090 and 3080 still buy strong. We test every card under load before making an offer.
